1. Floor Raising System,also named Deep Litter System consist of Automatic Pan Feeding System,Automatic Drinking System, Ventilation system,Environment control system,Cooling pad & heating system,provides better living environment for broilers and pullets.
2. Generally the height of poultry houses is between 2.5m-3.5m (at eaves). The width of the poultry houses is decided according to then layout of equipment inside and cannot be too large considering ventilation. Steel structure poultry houses are usually designed with the width of 8-15m. Length is better no larger than 140m.

Poultry Equipment for Chicken(Layer, Broiler, Breeder, Pullet), Duck, Pig, Goat, Rabbit, Quail, Pigeon, Cattle, etc.

A: Our prefabricated house materials are mainly light steel structure, sandwich panel, roof tile, door, window, covers, screws and other accessories.

A: Plan Drawing, Elevation Drawing, Sectional Drawing, Foundation Drawing and Installation Drawing.
 
Q5:How many types of sandwich panel do you have?
A: We have EPS(polystyrene) Sandwich Panel, Fiberglass Sandwich Panel, Rock Wool Sandwich Panel, and PU(polyurethane) Sandwich Panel.

The characteristics of sandwich panel respectively:
1.EPS(polystyrene) Sandwich Panel: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm thick.
   Volume weight is 12kg/m3, water-proof.
2.Fiberglass Sandwich Panel: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm thick.
  Volume weight is 60kg /m3.
3.Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: 50mm, 75mm, 100mm thick.
  Volume weight is 100kg /m3, fire-proof, sound-insulation, heat-preservation.
4.PU(polyurethane) Sandwich Panel: customized.
  Water-proof, fire-proof, heat-proof, heat-insulation, heat-preservation, sound-insulation.
 
Q6: How many colors of sandwich panel can you provide?
A: White Gray and Sea Blue are the most commonly used. Other color can be customized.
